Call Recording & Tracking
In simple words
Many customers prefer to call instead of filling a form. This screen shows all calls on your CallRail tracking numbers, with duration, keywords and the recording. You can see which advertising brings calls, and you can listen to real calls to train your team.
The problem it solves
Website reports do not show phone enquiries. So campaigns that bring many calls look unsuccessful, and their budget gets reduced. And when nobody can listen to a call, training is based on what the executive remembers, and price disputes cannot be settled.
What happens without it
| If you do not track calls | What it means for your business |
|---|---|
| Phone enquiries are not linked to advertising | You reduce budget on campaigns that are actually working |
| No call recordings | Training is based on memory, and the same mistakes continue |
| Missed calls are not visible | Customers who called once and never called again |
| No proof of what was promised | In a price dispute, you usually have to accept the customer's version |
| Follow-up calls are not measured | You cannot check whether enquiries are really being called |
Time you save
| Task | The manual way | With Call Recording & Tracking | You save |
|---|---|---|---|
| Link phone enquiries to marketing | Ask executives to note every call and its source — never complete | Synced automatically, with keywords and tags | Hours per review, and a decision you can trust |
| Train an executive on a real call | Sit beside them and take notes — hours | Play the recording — a few minutes | Most of the training time |
| Settle "this is not the price I was told" | Accept it, or argue from memory | Play the call recording | Money saved on every such case |
| Notice service problems | You find out from complaints, much later | Missed and very short calls are visible | Weeks earlier |
| Check follow-up discipline | Trust the executive's notes | Incoming and outgoing calls are both visible | Continuous visibility for managers |
Your process, before and after
Marketing reports only the form enquiries it can measure, and sales reports the calls it remembers. The two never match.
Every tracked call is recorded with duration, keywords and a recording. Marketing budget is decided on total enquiries, and training is based on real conversations.
All data on this screen is synced automatically from CallRail. Your CallRail integration must be active for this screen to show data.
